Year after year, the Subscription Show sets the stage for some of the most influential voices in the subscription industry to share their experience and expertise. We pride ourselves on curating a lineup that is as diverse as it is dynamic, ensuring each presentation is packed with insights, strategies, and forward-thinking ideas.



Andrei Rebrov
has worked in the technology field for more than 15 years. He is the CTO and Co-Founder of Scentbird. Since its founding in 2014, Scentbird has become a leading DTC subscription brand, revolutionizing the way digital-native customers and perfume lovers buy fragrances. With over 800 scents and more than 700,000 monthly subscribers across the U.S. and Canada, Scentbird has transformed the fragrance industry.

At Scentbird, Andrei is responsible for building the platform, growing a remote engineering team, and making sure that the company has technology advantages in every department, from marketing to operations. He is also a startup adviser in various industries, from aerospace to video games.

Prior to Scentbird Andrei worked as an agile engineering coach, helping various companies with their technology. Prior to that he worked as a software engineer for UBS Investment Bank and Avis UK.



Piper Rosenshein
is Vice President of subscription Video Services (SVOD) at A+E Networks®. In this role, she is the general manager of Lifetime Movie Club and HISTORY Vault and oversees all aspects of the business including revenue management, acquisition and retention marketing, partnerships, content strategy and product enhancements.

Prior to joining A+E Networks in 2017, Piper was the Executive Director of Customer Experience at The New York Times, where she helped craft the Times’ strategy and vision for adapting a more customer-centric approach for both the print and digital subscription businesses. She has deep expertise in CRM, email marketing, direct marketing and eCommerce garnered through previous professional roles at American Express, Barnes & Noble, Coach, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Piper attended Tulane University where she majored in Marketing and Information Technology and earned an MBA at New York University where she concentrated in Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship.



Megha Garibaldi
is the Chief Growth Officer at The Atlantic. She is a growth-driven executive with focused experience in helping build content businesses. Megha's expertise is focused on leading strategic initiatives at the intersection of product, data, and marketing to build audience growth and drive consumer revenue with a particular focus on the digital news ecosystem.

Baron Falletta, VP of Global Merchants at Bango, specializes in helping content providers reach more paying customers through global partnerships. With his expertise in monetizing digital content and services, Baron will share actionable strategies to optimize bundling and drive significant growth.

Vijay Menon



Vijay Menon
is the founder/CEO of Butter Payments,
Forbes 30 Under 30, TED speaker, and author of “A Brown Man in Russia”.

Vijay founded Butter Payments after he discovered and led efforts that added ~$100M in top-line revenue to Microsoft, Dropbox, and Scribd from accidental churn reduction. He took his passion and expertise for payments and developed the world's leading payments optimization platform. With a team of payments experts & nerds, Butter focuses on maximizing profits across the entire payments flow for enterprise merchants.

Vijay is also an author, statistician, backpacker, and member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. His TED talk, Lessons Learned on the Trans-Siberian, garnered acclaim as he described his unique experiences traveling through Russia as a person of color. This culminated in his debut novel, A Brown Man in Russia, in which he provides a lens into a Siberian winter from the perspective of a total outsider and relates subsequent lessons, with over 3,000 copies sold globally. Prior to entering the tech industry, he worked on the Battery 500 project at IBM, performed mass spectrometry research to discover cancer biomarkers at UC Davis, helped implement micro-consignment for entrepreneurs in Guatemala, and served as a low latency data analyst for teams in the National Basketball Association.


Alyona Costello
is Senior Data & Reporting Analyst at Charter Communications, a leading broadband connectivity company and cable operator. She brings extensive experience in payments analytics, having worked on both sides of the payments industry - on the service provider and merchant sides. She is passionate about using data to improve payments processes, uncovering trends, and ensure every transaction counts. She is excited to share some of the unique insights and practical examples of how analyzing payments can reducing fees and increase earnings.

Jesus Luzardo is VP, Global Head of Sales at Vindicia. As an international technology industry veteran, Jesus brings over 30 years of experience in commercial, marketing, strategy, operations and technology roles. Prior to Vindicia, Jesus was Head of Marketing for Amdocs in the Caribbean and Latin America region, driving marketing to significantly expand Amdocs’ sales pipeline. Before Amdocs, he was Head of Sales for Utiba (acquired by Amdocs in 2014), focusing on mobile financial services. His experience includes two years as Head of Corporate/B2B and CCO at Cable & Wireless, and 15 years with Motorola. He lives by Vince Lombardi’s motto: “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” Jesus holds an MBA from Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela), a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta (Venezuela), and Advanced Management certifications from Kellogg Institute of Management and IESE (Universidad de Navarra, Spain).

Marc Roth



Marc Roth
is an attorney at Colbalt Law and advises clients on legal issues involving advertising, marketing, promotions and privacy. He is a former Federal Trade Commission attorney and served as Chief Marketing Compliance Counsel for a Time Warner subsidiary. Marc regularly assists clients understand and navigate federal and state laws governing advertising and marketing, such as the FTC Act and state UDAAP laws. He advises on claim substantiation, warranties, subscription marketing, credit card processing rules, free trials, pricing claims, sweepstakes and contests, and coupon, gift card and rebate programs. He also advises brands and agencies on legal concerns and risks in developing advertisements, promotions and activations for cannabis and CBD companies. He is a frequent speaker and author on marketing, privacy and technology law. He is recognized by Chambers and Best Lawyers US as a leading lawyer in national advertising and transactional law.

Lisa B Dubrow



Lisa B. Dubrow, Esq. specializes in advertising and consumer protection with an emphasis on subscriptions and recurring billing business models. She counsels clients on legal issues surrounding the advertising and marketing of goods and services. Her practice also encompasses the negotiation and drafting of contracts pertaining to product development, marketing, and sales, including those with vendors, agencies, fulfillment, distribution, talent, production and media. Ms. Dubrow is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of SUNY Binghamton. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law.



Lynn Schlesinger
is the Chief Customer Experience Officer of Forbes, delivering growth by connecting with customers across Forbes uniting technology, revenue, product and editorial initiatives around a client-focused approach. Schlesinger also leads demand generation, performance marketing and activation of client paid social and lead gen programs. Prior to this appointment, Schlesinger served as Forbes’ Chief Marketing Officer responsible for brand marketing, demand-gen, audience acquisition, insights and strategy, sales development, design and more. Schlesinger, who joined Forbes as Group Vice President of Brand & Demand Marketing in March 2019, was instrumental in reimagining the company’s go-to-market operations, adopting new CRM tools and best-in-class practices to deeply connect marketing partners with Forbes’ coveted audiences.

Before Forbes, Schlesinger was responsible for media, partnership marketing and events at Neustar, facilitating connections and driving revenue for security, marketing and communications products and services. At MarketShare, which Neustar acquired in December 2015, Schlesinger led Global Strategic Marketing and Events. Prior to MarketShare, Schlesinger was Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Infotrieve, and responsible for a successful turnaround of the brand and business leading to acquisition by the Copyright Clearance Center. Before jumping into the tech world, Schlesinger held positions at Reed Exhibitions and on Wall Street at the New York Stock Exchange and Bond Market Association, building teams and leading marketing, communications and partnerships. She began her career at Business Week as an intern, where she stayed for 11 years. Schlesinger graduated from New York University with a degree in Political Science. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, two daughters and rescue puppies Lucy and Bella.

Steve Arentzoff



Steve Arentzoff
is the SVP of Marketing at Flexpay. Steve is a data-driven marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in senior technology marketing leadership. With a B.S. in finance from CSUN and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, Steve has a deep understanding of business analytics and financial strategy. Steve has a proven track record of building high-performance marketing organizations, aligning marketing and sales, and driving strategic growth. Prior to joining FlexPay, Steve served as VP of Demand Generation at Medallia and Senior Vice President of Global Digital Marketing at Cision.



George DiGuido i
s the VP, Growth at The Information. He most recently served as the SVP, Marketing At Insider Intelligence overseeing the content marketing, design & development, and marketing operations teams. George has worked in the media business for over 10 years spending time leading marketing functions at Dotdash and Business Insider. Currently residing in the suburbs of New York, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and doing almost anything that takes him outdoors.


Rob Ritchie
is a payments and prepaid industry professional with over 17 years of experience on both the bank and merchant sides. Currently, he is the Payments Lead at Legalzoom.com responsible for billing and payment strategy. Previously, he was the Group Vice President of Gift Cards and Global Payment Operations at Tenerity, a $4B per year subscription merchant with operations in over 20 countries. Prior to Tenerity, he was with Toys "R" Us and managed the Toys “R” Us Credit Card and the Toys “R” Us gift card businesses as well as the relationships with TRU's merchant acquirer, all card networks and emerging payment platforms.

Rob joined American Express in 2006 and progressed through increasingly responsible roles including leading a team of 20 in producing all AMEX balance transfer campaigns and subsequently ran the largest card acquisition channel at American Express and the relationship with Costco--their largest retail partner. Prior to Amex, he was an account manager at Donnelley Marketing and handled relationships with Fortune 500 clients in insurance and financial services. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BBA from Pace University.


Satwant Singh is the Head of Monetization, Direct to Consumer for the National Basketball Association (NBA), achieving double-digit subscriber & revenue growth for League Pass business (DTC/B2C). Previously, he scaled e-commerce business as a product manager at a startup, theSkimm. Before that, Satwant drove ads & licensing revenue at NFL, with new streaming partners as such YouTube, Twitter & Amazon. He started his career in investment banking at Lazard advising tech, media & telecom companies on strategic M&A transactions.


Robert Skrob
is recognized as one of the leading member experts in the world. His experience is unique in that it bridges the world of nonprofit associations and causes as well as for-profit membership and subscription companies.


Robert’s profound understanding of the members' experiences enables him to encourage member engagement and build relationships with members that last for years. In a world where obscene churn rates are all too common and even accepted, Robert is able to transform customer relationships he calls “one night stands” into long-term memberships.


Robert lives in Tallahassee with his wife, Kory. They have two adult children. Robert and Kory can be found participating in or training for triathlons. They are both active in their community.


Philip Irvine
is a seasoned marketing executive with over two decades of experience, specializing in driving subscriber acquisition, retention, and omnichannel brand growth. With expertise spanning eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer-centric strategies, Philip has successfully led initiatives at high-profile organizations like Beachbody, The Bouqs Company, D. Luxury Brands, and Merkle, Inc.

Philips data-driven approach to performance marketing and audience intelligence has resulted in significant sales growth and subscriber base expansion for major eCommerce brands, making him a recognized thought leader in the subscription and customer growth space. He was also recently named one of Business Insider's “42 Rising Stars in Adtech.

Edward Yip



Edward "Ed" Yip
is a Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, partnering with the next generation of companies in the consumer internet space. His current investments include Tempo, College Pulse, Common, Glow, Hobnob, IFTTT, Imperfect Produce, JoyRun, Madison Reed, Minted, Policygenius, Second Measure and Smilo. He was previously involved in the firm’s investments in ModCloth (acquired by Walmart) and The Echo Nest (acquired by Spotify). Prior to Norwest, Ed was the co-founder and President of Spree Network Inc., an early social commerce network where he led sales and marketing. Before Spree, Ed spent four years with the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at Evercore Partners in New York and London. He was also a co-founder of the Dartmouth Entrepreneurs Forum, which has grown into an entrepreneurial network with more than 500 members, and a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Taige Caldwell



Taige Caldwell is the Director of Interchange Strategy at Optimized Payments, a payments consulting and analytics company. Taige brings over 15 years of cost optimization experience in the payments industry. He has helped Subscription Companies, Payment Facilitators and Merchants significantly reduce processing costs through the formulation of payment strategies, leveraging payment data analytics.

Prior to joining Optimized Payments, Taige managed interchange strategy for ACI Worldwide, the largest bill payment facilitator in the country. Previous roles also include Thomson Reuters, Source Media, and Standard & Poor’s.

Dylan Hoeffler

Dylan Hoeffler is the VP of Product Marketing at Recurly, a leading subscription management platform. Dylan specializes in growing Marketing teams at B2B SaaS organizations with experience working in support of ecommerce merchants working to reach and acquire new customers. Dylan looks forward to sharing insights on the subscription lifecycle and when to best impact revenue.

Kent Schacht is the founder and principal of Sage Point StrategiesThis independent consultancy has worked with multiple media and sports association clients to help them identify and drive revenue and engagement growth opportunities.

He has spent his career working for top-tier sports and media companies, including Major League Baseball Advanced Media, NBC Universal, ESPN, and the U.S. Tennis Association, focusing on maximizing revenue and engagement for subscription and membership businesses. He is excited to share his passion for driving growth and using data to specialize in marketing communication.

Kathleen Greenler Sexton

is the CEO of Subscription Insider, where she leads the company in providing expert insights on subscription models, market strategies, and operational expertise. With a strong track record guiding companies through the complexities of content and technology shifts, Kathy has been instrumental in driving growth and achieving successful exits for companies like Individual.com and HighBeam Research. Previously, she led the SIIA Content Division as VP & General Manager, where she expanded membership and revenue while helping businesses adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. A recognized authority in the Subscription Economy, Kathy frequently shares her expertise at industry conferences. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her family, where she enjoys skiing and supporting Boston sports teams.
