Where will Subscription Show 2022 be held?

Subscription Show 2022 will be hosted in downtown New York City at the CONVENE Conference Center at 225 Liberty Street. A one-of-a-kind location, in Brookfield Place, across from the World Trade Center and conveniently next to subway and train stations.

What if I need to change my ticket?

If you need to change or cancel your ticket for any reason, you'll have several options:

a) You may transfer your ticket to a colleague.

b) You may transfer your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket and apply any remaining credit (if there is one) to another Subscription Insider program or conference.

c) You can even transfer your ticket to Subscription Show 2023 and, if the new ticket is lower in price than the one you purchased, we will credit you the difference.

Conference Health & Safety (COVID)

Does CONVENE have experience managing events and the pandemic?

Our venue partner, CONVENE is a "Tier 1" conference facility with deep experience managing in-person events through the pandemic.

Even when the pandemic was at its most severe, CONVENE was safely hosting conferences. This experience, plus the broadcast quality, simulcast for virtual participants, and the 5-star meals they are famous for will make a safe and great conference experience for all in New York.

Program Information

Once I purchase my ticket, do I have to pre-register for a certain session?

You do not. Registration is not required to attend any of our sessions.

Our event platform (with its associated mobile app) does allow you to pick sessions to add them to your calendar schedule so you do not forget those sessions you want to attend!

With multiple sessions and fantastic speakers happening at the same time, how do I choose? What if I miss a session?

We understand and get that a lot in our attendee surveys!

Here's the thing, you don’t have to choose. All our sessions will be recorded and your ticket purchase gives you full access to every recording from Subscription Show 2022.

You can view the replay during the conference and you will ALSO have full on-demand access to keynotes and sessions after Subscription Show 2022 ends.

Will there be a vendor area?

Subscription Show 2022 is the only event where leading subscription-centric brands attend with an exhibit hall full of leading platforms and services specifically focused on recurring businesses. It’s a unique place to learn, network and do business across the industry.

Will I be able to network?

Pre-Conference Subscription Bootcamps

What Are Subscription Boot Camps?

Subscription Boot Camps are individual workshops held "pre-conference" on November 8.

Where Subscription Show 2022 addresses advanced topics and issues to help businesses scale, Subscription Boot Camps will teach the fundamentals of key core topics executives need to understand. These sessions are a good foundation for the main conference.

Do I need to register separately?

Yes. Each pre-conference Subscription Boot Camp needs to be registered for separately.

What's included in the LIVE STREAMING MAIN CONFERENCE Ticket?

Subscription Show 2022 STREAMING Tickets for the main conference include:

Live-Stream of keynotes and sessions – it’ll be just like you’re in the room. All streaming viewers will be able to ask questions and interact with speakers.
On-demand recordings of sessions post-conference, with no expiration date!

What Is Your Ticket Guarantee?

If you need to change or cancel your ticket for any reason, you will retain the full value of your ticket. You may transfer your ticket to a colleague.

If you cannot attend in person, your ticket may be transferred to a virtual one (and a credit of the cost difference will be credited toward another Subscription Insider program or event).

If you need to cancel, we will transfer the value of your ticket as a credit to another Subscription Insider program or conference.

My Company Has Not Approved Travel Yet Due to the Pandemic:

No worries at all, you can purchase a ticket for our virtual experience. If your travel is approved, we can upgrade you to a full New York All-Access ticket.

What happens if I cannot make it to Subscription Show 2022?

If for any reason you cannot be at the live event, please email us as soon as possible. You can convert your live event ticket to our virtual ticket for Subscription Show 2022 or we will honor your ticket for Subscription Show 2023. If the new ticket is lower in price than the one you purchased, we will credit the difference.

I am a Subscription Insider Member, is there a discount?
